Due to holding our AGM on September 30, 2020, our next meeting will be in November. Generally our meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month, but Remembrance Day is November 11 therefore we will host our next General Meeting on November 18, 2020 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Whitecourt 7:30pm.

Last year was an exciting year with the 2020 Invasion and our 40th Anniversary.  With this upcoming season, we are planning to host the events that we always do; however, they may look a bit different due to the COVID 19 Pandemic.  In saying that, we will have some restrictions, but we also believe this is a time to try different things that may streamline what we currently do.  We are following the recommendations that are set out by the Alberta Snowmobile Association as well as the Alberta Government.  We know that some restrictions may hinder some of your plans and ours, but with an open mind and trusting us, we will make every effort to keep people safe and still enjoy sledding.  We are doing our best and encourage everyone to get out and ride!!!!  Let’s make this year a most successful riding year with the hopes of lots of snow, not too cold and an abundance of good times.

Thank you to everyone who came out for the AGM this past Wednesday, it was weird to be holding it in September (due to COVID 19) and not April. THANK YOU to all of our Board Members for your continued commitment to the Club. We would not be such a great organization without your input, knowledge, expertise and support. A big thank you to Robin Sebo and Trudy White for stepping up and joining us on the Board, it’s greatly appreciated.

We want to thank our past Executive Board Member Chet Brewster, who is not leaving town, but stepping down after 16 years of volunteering on the Board. We thank you for everything you have done for the Trailblazers and the community. We know you aren’t far and we look forward to seeing you riding on the trail and in other volunteer endeavors on the trail system.
