Spring Conditions are here. We have had above 0c temperatures this past week and expecting above 10c this upcoming weekend.
TRAILS: Trails are still in great riding condition. Some bare patches with dirt spots, exposed rocks and debris are now emerging in open areas.
GROOMING: Trails have not been groomed since last week.
HAZARDS: If you are riding, please use EXTREME caution. Please use extreme caution when crossing water areas including rivers, lakes, ponds and streams. There is “Active Logging” present in our areas as well, please STOP at all signs, where indicated.
STAGING: It is recommended to stage from staging areas-gates remain open at Groat Creek Staging and Eagle River Staging Areas.
REMINDER meeting has been re-scheduled to March 20th at the Eagle River Staging Area. 7:00pm.
Grooming – The snow cats are grooming this week on the north and south sides. Beware as they groom in the day and/or at night times.
Fresh Snow – We have received no fresh snow since February 15.
General Shape of Trails – The trails are in superb shape and there are lots of untouched areas along the trails.
Beware of two way traffic and industry along the trails.
PLEASE NOTE: Our trails are in the best shape that they can be in, please be respectful on the SNOWMOBILE TRAILS, do not ride your side by sides or quads on them. It makes us really unhappy.
